- Neighborhood Patrol has been hired to patrol our neighborhood to deter mischief
and/or crime
- The sign at the entrance is in need of repair which will be coming in the spring of 2010.
- The park has been recently renovated, and mulch will be replaced around the playground.
- HOA contracted a fellow resident to plow the neighborhood streets and entrances during the storms of 2010.
- Issues regarding speeding in our neighborhood. We are investigating options to deter speeders
- Letters have been sent to homeowners in violation of their Deed Restriction. Violators can be fined.

The city of Columbus has resumed free pick up of yard waste in
our development. Please remember that burning yard waste is illegal in the city of
Columbus.
