Filing a Complaint - Please read carefully
If you are filing a complaint about a specific neighbor, we will only follow up with your complaint if you provide the following information:
- Your full name, address, phone number and email address;
- Address of home that is the issue of your complaint;
- Exactly what the problem or issue is. Please be as specific as possible.
Include this information in the “Comments/Suggestions” box below.
If information
is not included, your trustees WILL NOT investigate or follow-up with your complaint.
Please remember that activities of a criminal nature must be directed to our local
law enforcement agencies, or call 911. Thank you!
Email Address is required if you want a response to general inquiries, or if you
are filing a complaint against a neighbor in our association.
